On average, organizations spend $5k per sales rep on an annual basis. (Source: IKO Systems) My personal thoughts is that this number may represent an investment amount that larger companies tend to make. We rarely see my smaller business clients make this type of investment on an annually basis for each sales rep or even on a one-time basis. Yet, the question needs to be asked . . . what if they did?
