Below is a summary of our standard process. Yet, each search is customized for our clients.  For questions regarding a specific position’s process, call a Safari Solutions consultant at 317-578-1310.

Step 1:  Review current openings on our Career Site.

Step 2:  Identify a position that interests you and send your resume directly through the site.  You will receive a response email confirming receipt.  If you are interested in multiple positions, please apply to each position that interests you.

Step 3: Candidates who meet the initial qualifications for the position will be contacted via email within 2 business days from receipt of your information.   The email will contain a questionnaire asking for additional information.  Please reply promptly to these questions via e-mail and attach an additional copy of your resume.  Upon review of your response, we will send an email confirming that we have received your information.

Step 4:  Candidates that are considered for further review will be contacted within 2 weeks for a phone interview with a Safari Solutions consultant.

Step 5:  If there is mutual interest in the opportunity, candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager at the client company.  Second and third stage interviews may also be scheduled depending on the needs of each client.

Step 6:  Further information may be requested from top candidates including skills testing, background checks, reference checks, and drug tests.

Step 7:  Once a final decision has been made, all candidates who were not selected and who completed a questionnaire will be notified via email that the position has been filled.
