Only 17.6% of salespeople love their job, according to a survey conducted by Marc Wayshak Sales Research & Insights. 47.1% rated their job as just good. That means 35.3% of salespeople are not happy in their job. Thus, one might conclude that 1 out of every 3 reps on your team is not fully engaged and perhaps performing below expectations. And, of these 35.3% unengaged sales reps, it is possible that many of them are selling in in a sales style environment that does not fit their personal sales style.
